Beretta A400 Unico problem

Hi guys! very nice forum, keep up the good work!!

Sorry for my english it's not my native language!

I have a 10 year old, +-12 000 rounds fired Beretta A400 Unico.

I got my first problem with it, I chamber a round, put the 2nd one in the tube, fire the first one, the other load normally, but if I want to add another in the magazine, I can't because the lifter is locked in the down position!! First time having this problem, only solution to reload is firing the last shell, or emptying the gun completely by operating the bolt handle to eject all the shells....

I tried taking it apart, cleaning, reassemble, same problem....

Where do I start with this please?

I had a problem with my Ruger Mark I and called the warranty/service company for Ruger in Canada. They were very helpful.

I am not familiar with the operation of the A400 but on some semis you need to push the action release to unlock the loading gate / shell carrier .
