i'm torn between these 2 guns and cannot decide on one....i am only looking for opinions from experience and dont want to stray away from these 2 guns as i've owned and sold a maxus,a franchi i-12 and currently own a versamax and an a400 xplor unico....so any comparisons from experience on only these 2 guns would be greatly appreciated. i do know the differences between them i am basically just wondering how they are when shooting different loads....i've handled both and the both come up equally as nice for me. thanks in advance for your thoughts and opinions.

Any opinion on this one! I'm facing the same problem Super Vinci or the A400 xtrem Unico!

Will be skeet shooting and hunting!! My main concern is recoil, maintenance reliability !! Lookin forward to shoot around 4000 round thru it every year?

I want to buy somethig that will last for long!!

Thank's in advance!! If you have any other suggestion i'm open!:D

When spending that kind of money, I'd say shoot em first.

I was at a Beretta day this year, shot a few Beretta semi's with the different kick-offs, and kept going back to shoot the Vinci again and again.
The Benelli sleeps in my safe now, and I doubt I'll ever own a Beretta semi. They fit completely different to me.

I shot some 3" buck and slugs to break mine in... you sure you need a 3.5"?
Your money/shoulder, just sayin I can't see ever needing anything more than 3"

Anyway, I'm very happy with my Vinci and would recommend it to anyone that likes the fit.

I had a similar dilemma and after trying a number of semis bought Benelli Super Vinci. So far put around 300 shots through it, including 10 rounds at trap / skeet and a few goose / duck hunts. Totally happy with the gun. Finished a box of 3.5" BBs, got 2 geese, the recoil is totally manageable as long as you hold the gun tight and shoulder it correctly. No shoulder pain or anything like this - it handles 3.5" shells really well. According to some reviews way better than competitors.

One drawback I noticed is that when grasping the gun too close to the trigger guard, the recoil will hit your middle finger with the guard. Happened to me a couple of times when I got too excited while hunting and didn't hold the gun properly. Now I'm trying to remember to hold it right - improves shooting accuracy and prevents excessive kicking.

I was in the same situation this summer and I went with the super Vinci , because of the reliability I have had with other benelli shotguns (put many thousands of rounds through my nova flawlessly) I love the Super V and have put about 150 rounds of 3.5" black clouds throught it hunting geese and it preformed flawlessly even in wet muddy conditions with very little recoil (comfort tech stock works awsome) But it still will not cycle cheep target loads the best , other members say it has to be well broken in with heavy waterfowl loads and then it will gobble up and kind of shells Hope this helps
