Alright, here is the issue,
A family member who lives in a different country has a Beretta 85FS. They fired it the other night and the spent casing was not extracted. I don't own a beretta, therefore am not that familiar with them. I anticipate that there must be a problem with the extractor as the spent casing was left in the chamber.
Comments?
The other issue is with the amount of force it needs to #### the pistol. I've handled glocks, STI's, SIGS, Norinco's, Brownings to name a few, but this Beretta is about 10X harded to ####. I would guess that it would take approx 40-50 pounds of force to cycle this pistol. Is there a remedy to this? I would figure that leaving it stored with the slide to the rear would help compress the springs to make it a bit easier, but it still appears to be the same.

Thanks in advance.
