Does anyone know where, and how much it cost to get one of these rebarreled and reclasified as a non-restricted?

I sent EE an email asking them about it. They told me if I paid them for one they would re-barrel it and sell it to me as a non-restricted firearm.

They said it would cost $500 on top of the price of the gun. And that included installation and getting it re-classified to non-restricted.
