Beretta Extrema 2 with KO

I have a friend that is itching to get a new shot gun. He likes the 28"bbl Black Syn. Beretta Extrema 2 (with KO) .....the pistons in the stock to reduce recoil. He is planning on keeping this shotgun as his general SG......he will also be buying a dedicated deer and turkey shotgun.

We tried Al Simmons, Shooters Choice, Pro Gear, BPS, SIR, and Epp's - no one had a single one in stock. The closest we found was a 26" bbl. c/w KO and a 28" w/o KO feature in BPS (yes it pains me to shop there but what can you do when your stuck).

My questions are as follows:
- Does anyone know where I can find one?
- Is the KO feature all that and more....worth the long wait and extra $$? I had the 391 and it shot amazing and am curious how they can improve it any more.

Mine came with the Kick off and I really like, I have used it for clays shooting as well as hunting and after shooting a couple hundred rounds of heavy target ammo at sporting clays events my shoulder was just fine, now I do have a bad right shoulder, so I felt the need for the Kick Off option,FS
 
I shot one extensively on clays in the Spring and was very impressed, not only was it the lightest recoiling gun I have ever used, it would cycle one ounce loads every time!
I recently had the pleasure of sighting in a rifled slug barrel version and could not believe how much recoil that the Kick-Off soaked up.
I ordered one.......
 
Great guns ... tell your bud to quit stalling - plunk down a deposit and GET IT ORDERED before he loses out on the next hunting season. For the little bit of extra $ , go for camo ... much more saleable if he wants to move it.
( although I couldn't imagine why ! )
