It is one of the largest African game gun manufacturer. Their shotguns will not shoot loose as it is based on the game gun action. I have the privilege by knowing the owning family, to have the only bespoke 30 inch 28 gauge o/u ever made by Chapuis. Chapuis does not order Turkish walnut. Vincent or the father René personally choose the blanks in Turkey. Chapuis has a 10,000 square feet environmentally controlled warehouse for all wood. I know that they wanted to get into a sporting shotgun manufacturing. Their patented "Blitz" trigger needed a redesign to offer barrel selection.
