Hi there,

I edited my Thread bcz there is another Beretta picture thread. So I'm going to make this a info/picture/video thread

I love guns in general but I really like the Beretta....blame Bruce and Mel ...I guess.

So I'm throwing it out there for whoever feels like it to post their favorite Beretta pistol (heck rifles too and if you really need to your 92fs ...don't want to leave anyone else out)

I'd love to see other models besides the 92fs... they are beautiful ...I own a few but I'd love to see an older model or a modified one and I'd like to know what you think of it and why and how is it to shoot.
Hell, I want to know which version you had and why you sold it. I feel a little like that with the 90Two (it's a love hate).

Does anyone here (Canada) own a cougar ?
And if so ...so ??

I also have a pet peeve with Beretta in general with the fact that :

A- They could of put removable sights on the 92fs from the start.
B- The finish on some Beretta is awesome like on my 92F but on most of my other not so much... is that a Italy/US problem.
C- Now that Wilson Combat has come out with a " Upgraded version of their 92G " beretta is NOW coming out with vesions that are more flexible that just the 92FS we all know. But the problem is that there isn't anything new about the new Beretta lineup 2015 ( the top of the line from Beretta 2015 is the Beretta 92G-SD (which is a model that came out in 2005 ) See picture (mine was a 96G-SD)

And here is a video of the 2015 lineup and anyone who knows beretta will attest that there isn't much there except for the fact that they are now available again for people to enjoy.

Another peeve ... why aren't all the models available to everyone (if you know please elaborate)

Like the Beretta 92 combat that this guy had to order from Australia ?

I'd love to see or try one of those :)

Here are some of mine:

Small%20collection.jpg

Top left to right going down

Beretta Elite 1a (Sold)
Beretta elite II
Beretta 92G-SD (Sold)
Beretta 98 (Italian civilians are not allowed to have a military caliber pistol round so instead of 9x19 it's a 9x18) (Sold)
Beretta Brigadier but with Beretta compact slide and trigger job from Gunnar/Armsco and trausch grips SWEET! (MINE.mine, mine)
Beretta 92F (my first true love)

Most of these are over 10 years old and these features could of been wide spread through out Beretta pistol

Now ...let's see those cool guns!

Cheers,

Good lord son, you have a problem.

And I applaud you for it.

Do you own any other style of handgun?

And for participation purposes, do Beretta copies count?

You've already posted this on a near identical thread. Why start another? A Beretta variant is still a Beretta

I only saw that afterwards :(
But I decided to participate and support that thread also.

But the main reason is hopefully to see a variant that doesn't get the same attention as the 92fs and find out what that owner feels about it and the things that he's noticed when using it. There is 50+ beretta 92 variants and how does the Beretta 99 ( in 7.65 ) compares to rest. Or maybe a US postal employee might shine some light about being issued a Beretta Cougar.
