What kind of ammo? JHP or FMJ? Some JHP's could be gremlins.
Factory ammo or reloads?
Then the real one: Mags - Generic or Beretta? New or used?
Used - check springs.
These are the normal issues to look at before starting to get stressed on the loading chamber etc.

as the title says my beretta 92fs jammed up on my today... it tried loading 2 shells at the same time haha

yeah brand new gun springs are stiff as hell and fmj's im using remington umc's and it didnt load two bullets at the same time haha my ADD kicked in there when i said that haha something shiny must of caught my eye anyways... it just didnt kick out the spent shell all the way haha
