Picked an Benelli in 20ga, ordered in a Beretta Victory choke for it in Skeet, came in yesterday, it appears too long by 1/8". The internal length and threads are right, the exterior length seems too long, small gap between the knurling and the barrel. Wondering if it's normal for this series?

I had to google up a picture of one and I think that I see what your talking about. Looks like about an 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch from the threads to the knurled part, I think that would be normal. I'd think that you'd have a choke that came with the gun to compare it too and as long as the internal dimensions are correct then you should be good to go.

The factory chokes are flush and the internal dimensions are identical, coming from Beretta I figured it ha to be right. I'm use to Invector Plus chokes in my Winchesters which the knurling sits almost flush with the barrel ends.
