Does anyone know if the lowers are all the same in different calibers? Kind of like the Glock 21 and 20 have the same lower and the uppers are interchangeable.

Guess after all this time, I'm going to answer my own question - yes they are.
I got my hands on a 40sw slide (as part of a parts kit from a busted pistol) that fits onto my 9mm very well... My only complaint is that I was not paying attention and the parts kit was for a D model. I now have all I'd need to make a DAO (model D) pistol... or keep the lower as is and stay with a deococker-less (model C) pistol for 40sw... I think I kinda prefer the model with the decocker though.
Now the search for a .45acp slide begins. Anyone in the Ottawa area with a px4 sd that they'd be willing to let me test fir the slide from?
