Beretta semi auto 12 gauge?

I've owned a 390 and currently have two 391s. I liked the 390 for its simplicity and ease of disassembly but it wasn't as reliable with lighter target shells.
I like the 391 because it fits me better and works with very light loads. The 391 however is tougher to reassemble after cleaning than the 390. The 391 forend cap will seize if not loosened between shooting sessions and it occasionally needs to be taken apart and cleaned. There are a couple of little tricks that make reassembly easier and I found a tool that helps when taking the forend cap apart.
If I were in the market for gas-operated semi the Beretta A400 would be my choice but I already have the 391s and don't quite like the A400 enough to trade up.

How about a Remington 1100.
It isnt a "B" gn, but they shoot well.
Remington fan boy here and there seems to be a few on the used market.
Then again what the others have mentioned would ;likely tick all the boxes you have.
