Beretta Silver Fox 20Ga SxS

Does anyone have any information on a 20Ga. SxS Beretta Silver Fox shotgun? It was last producted in 1967. It has a single trigger and comes with all the engraving and upgraded wood.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing in my books about a Beretta Silver Fox. There was a Beretta Silver Hawk that was produced until 1967. The Silver Hawk name was reintroduced by Beretta in 1999.

Thanks.....what does it say a Silver Fox is worth (VG/Excellent). I am assuming it is the Silver Hawk becasue I found nothing on the Silver Fox as well.

If it's a 20 gauge then it's a Silver Hawk Featherweight.

My edition of the Blue Book of Gun Values (25th Edition) lists a 98 per cent condition gun at $440USD (double trigger) and $495 (a single trigger). A 95 percent gun is listed as $415 and $440 respectively.

They also say that a 50 per cent premium should be added for a 20 gauge.

In Canada I'd say this gun would be worth in the $600-800 range depending on condition, barrel length, chokes, wood quality, etc.

He is asking $1k for it....I think I'll pass. Plus I saw a new Stoger o/u 20Ga. for $500 tx in, that will do what I want.
