Beretta SP Front Bead Replacement

Anybody got a dealer that has an OEM front bead for Beretta SP 1 Field model? It's threaded in and it unscrewed itself and flew off while shooting trap. Never happened before on my previous shotguns. I would have expected that some thread locker should have been used at the factory.
