I purchased a Beretta Trap-Special a while back. Penticton gun show. Since then I have been looking for information on it. I have only been able to get the date it was made. I am looking for a manual or exploded diagram. Also would like to find a source for parts. I have been able to get it mostly apart but found in its past life someone had filled the stock with lead. I want to replace the stock as it was also cut too short and thinned down too much for me. Does anybody know an easy way to remove the lead? What about stock makers, are there any out in B.C. that can make a stock with modification. I want to get the shotgun to fit me properly? I will post some pics when my daughter return my camera. Some things I will do myself but others I will need help with. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. I will try to keep this thread updated as the work progresses.
My plan for the shotgun are
: Change the stock with modifications to fit
: Install removable choke system
: Port the barrel
: Fiber-optic front site (just because)
: Trigger job

I've got ported guns.Don't waste your money. It's the poorest bang for your buck that you can get when it comes to target shotguns. For a stockmaker/stockfitter,get ahold of Bill McNielly from Qualicum.

This site is awesome for the Beretta enthusiast (unfortunately USA based). I don't know if your gun fits into the categories of the exploded part diagrams or not, but it should be a start.
