I already have a Buckmark Contour, Ruger Single 10, S&W M&P 22 and a Walther P22Q ...

Thinking of adding a Beretta Neos to the collection, probably the 6" version.

Those of you that have one and have compared to any of the above please chime in with your opinions ...

Thanks!

I have one. Small grip. My daughter likes it a lot. very easy to clean. Nothing to compare it with from personal experience.

Love mine. Had a Browning Buckmark Hunter, and a Ruger Mark II bull barrel. sold the others and stayed with the Neos.
once you get over the looks, its a great gun. takedown couldnt be simpler, red dots mount on the barrel so POI does not change when taken down and reassembled.
Have over 15000 rounds through mine.
Of the ones you have listed, it only compares directly with the Buckmark. I preferred the Neos.

Don't have anything other than a Norinco Woodsman clone but love my Neos.
Was my first restricted.
As said by others, probably the easiest handgun to takedown and clean, easy to shoot, a whole load of fun.
Has never jammed or misfired.
And yes, the "Star Wars" look is a bit different. :)

I don't care for it. Looks like something out of Star Wars or Star Trek. IMO Laugh2 I bought the 5.5" S&W 22a-1 instead. The gun is a tack driver and accuracy could be as good as my Model 41 (haven't shot it yet) at 1/5 the cost.

A new or used Model 41 is a no brainer. These 2 are probably the easiest to take down and put together.

I've got a ATI (GSG) 1911 and my buddy has the Neos. Like above once you get past the looks it's a way better shooter than mine and way less fussy with ammo.

Hold one first. I have huge hands. The pistol grip is tight in the web between the thumb and forefinger. Didn't fit so well for me. I prefer something with a close to a 1911 grip angle. YMMV. I have a S&W 22A-1 with both stock and target grips that suits me and is cheap and reliable.
