Beretta ugb25 xcel

Retails for $4199 at Wholesale Sports. Have never shot one...heard some good things about it. Nice if you are looking for a different kinda shotgun for clay shooting.
 
The only versions of this gun I've seen in the flesh were at the Grand American in Vandalia last year. According to a thread on shotgunworld.com Beretta is now apparently saying they won't be available until spring of 2007.

The one that I played with at the Grand was interesting but the open feed system and the amount of the action that is vulnerable to the elements when open made me think that it might not be an optimum choice for shooting in Canadian winters.

Given the length of time between the gun's announcement and its lack of availability makes me think the gun is having some teething problems.
