Beretta Urika II front bead thread size?

So I have a Urika II, and the front bead has vanished in the middle of shooting.

I bought a magnetic fiber sight for it... but I still need a bead to keep it from falling off. I can not find a bead anywhere.
What size of bolt do I need to buy and cut off to fit?

If Beretta hasn't changed them, I believe the thread for the front bead is 2.5 x .45mm.
Not too long ago, there was a fellow on EE who sold front and mid beads of the popular sizes in varying threads. I haven't been watching, but perhaps he's still posting the ad?

Thanks, now I just gotta track down somewhere that sells TINY bolts, lol.

2.5 is the thread right? and .45 is the diameter?


Hmm ninja edit, would it be 2.6 x 0.45mm? Can't find any 2.5 x xx bolts.

Why not just forego the magnetic sight altogether and grab a TruGlo or Hi Viz kit that will come with the proper sized screw you're looking for?

A true glow is what I have for it, it needs a bead to stay on. I don't like the tiny fiber ones that screw in, they are no where near as bright as the two color magnetic one I have.
