Beretta 1301 comes standard from Italy wirh a 7 rd magazine.
And also a 5rd mag for states that have a capacity law. Same as Canada.
But adding an aftermarket +2'tube is no problem .
922r states it's not a sporting gun ,if it's not US made and has a factory standard capacity magazine.
I see a big up swing in sales of +2 magazine tubes....
