Unless you are looking for one of their drop-in/replacement barrels, they are really nothing special. You can obtain Heym Barrels (equivalent in quality and manufacturing) from Bits of Pieces in Vancouver.
If you want a decent button rifled barrel, Ted Gaillard in Canada makes as good a barrel as you will find using the button process.
There is nothing stopping you from ordering direct from the BergaraEuropean outlet; all you need is an international import certificate, and these are free... apply on-line.

Id like to buy a 300 wm barrel for the TC pro hunter frame. How does the import process work? I'm clueless when it comes to that stuff.

You will need to contact the comapny to obtain a contact person's name and address info, prices etc.
Go HERE and complete the form.
Do not worry about the EICB or GST numbers.
Fill in each page and electronically submit. It is free and it is mailed to you. This is the document you need to obtain permission to export from Spain.
You will be paying duty and sales taxes when it hits Canada, but it should not be a biggie.
