I'm looking for the page of load data out of the Berger reloading manual for the .308Win. Is anyone able to help me out? Specifically looking for data regarding Varget and H4350 for the 185gr Juggernauts and Match Hybrids.

Berger doesn't have H-4350 powder listed in their manual for the .308win
185gr Berger
Varget powder start load :37.5gr Max load :41.6gr

Hope this help's....As always start low & work-up. Be safe.........
shoot me a email address & I can scan & send to you if you want. Cheers

I don't have any experience loading Berger bullets or with their reloading manual. Do you find that their data is fairly conservative?

37.5 to 41.6 great of Varget seems fairly low in the .308. I would have expected something in the 40 to 45 grain range.

Not overly low, I load 155 gr bergers over 44gr of varget giving me 2750fps out of a 20" barrel, I believe max is 46 or 47gr for a 150gr bullet

Hodgdon reloading center doesn't list h4350 for the bullet weighing 180gn-208gn range. Which could mean it not suitable for the 308win cartridge, I would think it is a little slow burning for this cartridge. In terms of load data don't worry about the bullet make use the bullet weight as a reference for powder charges. 185 sierra, berger, blah blah bullet, the load data could be interchange all you have to do is work a a load for your rifle. I found in the berger manual some loads are conservative. You can contact Berger directly for load data as well, they sent me 223 load data in the past for the 82bt.

If by "juggernaut" you mean the Berger BT Target Long Range 185gr, my load for that is 43.7gr of Varget. That works best in my gun, yours may like a different load.

Last year I loaded a few scenar 175's on 46gr of H4350 just to see, but out of a 30" barrel they only made it to 2600fps, burn rate and energy is a bit low/slow. I plan to try it later this year with the 220gr scenars and see how it can push those.

Most that shoot the 185's use varget.

I am shooting the Juggernauts and using varget, but I am running it in a custom action and barrel length of 32 inches and am using 44.4gn as my sweet spot and am getting 2768 fps. This is a load strictly for long range out to 1000yrs. It is hot and I have tried a bit higher in my action but have got pressure signs at 44.6gn
