I'm looking for the berger reloading data so I can do some test loads for my .243 AI, was wondering if anyone could help me out with the start and max load for 105 grain match hunting bullets and IMR4831?
I have the hornady match 105 grains and used the hornady manual for those, just want to be safe is all thanks.

Here form my berger manual 1st edition
22 inch barrel COAL 2.710
IMR 4831
start load 36.5(2569 fps) max load 40.7(2840 fps) 92% fill

i have some from berger but is for their vld 95gr i have tried to have some good load with that bullet but the best result was like 1.125-1.250 5 shot group , with the berger bt 90gr the best grouping was under .5 5shot group 4 in one hole and a damn flyer and with the 90gr at 430 yards 3 shot 1.625 in a day with no wind

I appreciate thanks guys, been itching to try out the 105gr vld hunting bullets. The best I can get with the 105 gr hornady match has been .421 with. 5 shot group at 100 yards so far with 39.9 grains of imr4381. I'm shooting a cooper model 54 with 26" barrel with a 1:9 twist( if memory serves me right). Just started load development and waiting on my nightforce scope so in using a Burris fulfield 2 3x9x40.

Work up to 6mm rem loads as the 243Ai has the same capacity. I can shoot the heavys but I use a lot of reloader 17 in my 243AI

I have a couple different powders to try, how do you think H380 would perform with the heavier bullets? I have found hornady an hodgdons do list it for the 105 gr match bullets but I really want to get these bergers flying. I am only limited by powder availability right now, if I could find reloader 22 I would try that as well as reloader 19. I can't find h4350 either.

Ya that's another powder I can't find yet either, I ordered the berger manual from Doug rayner but it won't be in for another month. I only use h380 for 70-80 grain varmint bullets anyways. I can always pick up the last 2 pounds of IMR4831 from a local guy here but I find its kind of dirty and meters terribly. I'm trying to get a good deer load worked up but have a couple months to get it perfected. And from what I gathered from hodgdons burn rate chart IMR4831 is still slower than 4350 anyways. Should produce reasonable enough results.
