Any suggestions which reloading manual I should consult? Loading for .243winchester, 95 gr vld target bullets. I have hornady , sierra and a lee. My google fu is lame sauce and I tried looking up a website but alas I couldn’t find data for said bullet

Hope your .243 is wearing a fast twist barrel, given the VLD's length of 1.069" or 1.130", depending on which version you're looking at. For the longer bullet, Berger recommends a 1:8.5" twist.
#1 what do you have for powders ? and #2 as James asked whats ur barrel twist ?

It’s a rem700 SPS varmint. 1:9 which is what the box suggests as a minimum. I have RL15 , varget, IMR4350,IMR 4064
Save yourself the trouble, the bullets you want to use won’t stabilize in the Remington twist. Been there done that, still have a part box of those pills on the shelf……..
4350 should be a good powder, if the bullets were stabilized.
Well that’s not very good news. I’m stubborn and will likely still try 5-10. I have incredible luck with finding accurate loads very quickly. I hope you’re wrong but we will find out!
I would try ur IMR 4350 with a STD primer over top of 40 - 41.5 grs of it ! see if they tumble or not
