Any suggestions which reloading manual I should consult? Loading for .243winchester, 95 gr vld target bullets. I have hornady , sierra and a lee. My google fu is lame sauce and I tried looking up a website but alas I couldn’t find data for said bullet

#1 what do you have for powders ? and #2 as James asked whats ur barrel twist ?

It’s a rem700 SPS varmint. 1:9 which is what the box suggests as a minimum. I have RL15 , varget, IMR4350,IMR 4064
Save yourself the trouble, the bullets you want to use won’t stabilize in the Remington twist. Been there done that, still have a part box of those pills on the shelf……..

4350 should be a good powder, if the bullets were stabilized.

Well that’s not very good news. I’m stubborn and will likely still try 5-10. I have incredible luck with finding accurate loads very quickly. I hope you’re wrong but we will find out!
 
I recall shooting some 105gr hornady AMAX in my 243win. Also a Remington 700 with a 9.125” twist. Shot pretty well from what I can recall. No tumbling. 1” groups or less
