Picked this beauty up today a nice Bernadelli hammer gun in almost unused condition

The Italia that you have, has more engraving than the Brescia model that I own.
Your gun will have a date code, likely mid 60s.
Vincenzo Bernardelli, the notable maker.
 
I would think that yours is perhaps a bit later gun with that full uncapped pistol grip. Mine has a Prince of Wales grip and shows lots of wear from more than 50 years of use.
Condition looks lovely.

Thanks for the info I found out the gun made in 1975 and it does have 3 inch chambers
