anyone have a stampede? Was looking at one, its between this and a vaquero. I want it in nickel with wood grips. Any comments avout the stampede would be nice.

I have a nickel stampede in .357mag for 6yrs and aside from some trouble with a weak spring in the base pin early on, I've been quite happy with it.

Are the stampedes supposed to be as acurate and reliable as the rugers? They cost more

Well I think they're as acurate as a ruger and as reliable as any colt clone.
