My 2 cents here, to see if I can help you make a more informed decision.
you won't be able to locate flush tubes, for several reasons:
1- FLUSH skeet aftermarket chokes are not very popular hence, most retailers do not carry them. Extended are more common, because that is what people use, because:
2- Whoever buy chokes for skeet buys extended chokes, they are easier to put on and off and they are easier to adjust / tight down, hence their higher popularity in the skeet community and retailers.
4- you make less contact with the wrench/hands on the 'crown' muzzle end of your barrel using extended chokes, hence, less damage throughout the years, when you are resting the gun on your foot, the gun rests on the choke and not on the muzzle end/barrel, which leads to less contact overall = barrel looks new = good resale value. Yes you can rest the gun on your shoulder hand, but you will see what I am talking about.
3- Beretta does not make flush skeet for your gun, because your gun is not a skeet gun, it's a field gun, hence, flush chokes for the sv10 PERENNIA will be less popular than anything else since it is not design for that game it should not need skeet chokes, Beretta knows this and that is why you did not get a skeet tube in your case.
4- I doubt you will be able to find Beretta Original chokes here in Canada, your will be better off ordering online from a different brand.
5- HP optima chokes are not popular yet (it will need a few years) so finding them used will take you longer.
7- Once you know how convenient extended chokes are you will rarely use a flush choke (unless you are hunting).
8- and last but not least, $60 bucks for my two chokes is a steal my friend. You need what I have.
