I don't believe you can purchase them in unrestricted form but there are places that will rebarrel them with a long enough barrel to make them unrestricted. It costs a bit of money though. I believe ellwoodepps.com provides this service.

It will be around $1500 all said and done for a non-restricted Storm. Would be pretty fun to shoot coyotes with one.
