Hi. Gunparts, Stateside, lists bolt bodies at $29.55US. (No $29US bolt heads) for a 1916 Berthier. Same rifle with a larger mag than a 1907(5 rounds instead of 3). However, another bolt, if you could find a bolt head, would have to be fitted for headspace. They're not drop in parts. You'd need 8mm Lebel headspace guages. $50US(that's cheap) for the 3 guage set of 3 from here. http://www.okiegauges.com/
Don't bother if you can't get a bolt head. Even if you can find a bolt head, 8mm Lebel ammo won't be easy to get in Canada. Privi Partizan loads it, but common it ain't.

8mm lebel brass is easy to come by. Site sponsers have it.
Lee makes affordable dies and molds.
8mm bullets are easy to come by. Load data is easy to come by.

Numrich sells the 5 rounders. They work just fine with 3 rounds in the 07/15
