Best 300 wsm cartridge for moose?

I'm buying a new browning a-bolt comp. stalker in 300wsm for moose season her in NB. I'm thinking on trying the new xp3's from winchester. Has anybody used these and is there anything better around in 300wsm?

Try the XP3's or the Accubonds.

I just use the regular winchster 180 grs worked fine last winter on a big cow. and only 30 bucks a box

What about Federal Barnes 180Gr MRX. Copper bullet with tungsten core.

most any load weighing 165 grains or 180 gr in the 300 WSM will work well on moose

I have used Trophy Bonded Bear Claws in Federal's factory loading. This load worked well on mule deer. Based on bullet performance I would say it should work well on moose.

Are you buying the Browning from Ross in McAdam?

The A-Bolts tend to have hard recoil pads and the floorplate/magazine set-up is a bit problematic. I have two A-Bolts here, .223 & 22/250. Both are good shooters, but the floorplate deal bugs me. I may sell one for a Remington.
