Hi everyone thanks in advance, I’m looking to spend 2k on a scope for distance and wondering what would be your choice. I was looking at the Razor HD but looks like a little 2 expensive at the 3500$ price tag but may not count it out. Lol what’s your choice thanks!

Athlon Cronus 4.5-29x56 is a proven excellent scope.
Apex Rival 4-32x56 is promising, but only available for pre-order at this time. Looks like you have about 1 weeks left in pre-order phase, then price is going up apparently.

Athlon Cronus and Delta Stryker are very similar. They come from the same factory with similar specs.
Both are awesome around 2k.

If you want to pay less you might want to check out for an Athlon Ares ETR. It's 1600$ and similar in performance to a Cronus. 2 small caveats; made in China (they do seem reliable so far through) and low light performance is a bit below a Cronus.

Np. 2k is a sweet spot for high performance scopes. You can get a reliable scope with japanese ED glass (Cronus, Stryker, Bushnell Elite Tactical). At this point it's more about picking the reticle you want and the feature you want (illumination, locking turrets, weight). If you plan to maybe mount your scope on a 22lr you also want a parallax knob that go down to 10,15 or at least 25 yards.
I figure you'll be using your scope for long range shooting and not for hunting so weight doesn't matter.
If you plan to hunt you want something more lightweight like a Razor LHT. If you don't mind carrying a heavy rifle I strongly suggest picking at least a scope with illumination. It's nearly impossible to see the reticle at min magnification with a high powered FFP scope in low light.
A 4k scope is a bit better but you are not missing much from a scope at 2k.
My next scope is going to be the Eotech vudu 5-25x50.
Small form factor, and still decently light. All the features I want, the reticle I want.

Your intended use will dictate which scope will work best for you. If you're hunting mostly, I'd go with the Razor LHT like mentioned above.
If giving PRS style shooting a try, try searching the EE for a used Gen 2 Razor HD 4.5-27. I've seen some go in the low $2k range, and I'm sure there will be more since the new Gen 3 just came out.

Talk about nerve. Suggesting a Vortex scope!! Im suprised youve not been flogged and beaten. HAHA Sense the sarcasm. As good as the Gen2 is the Gen3 has really outstanding glass and many new smart features.
I have an older Gen 1 Delta Stryker, they've made two upgrades since then, so be a bit careful on the age of any reviews you may read concerning parallax or turrets. That said, there are quite a few mfgrs building on the LOW and Japan Optics chassis in the 5-25 and 4.5-30 zone at the 1800-2500.00 mark and a lot of mfgrs bringing out new scopes in that arena, or adding reticles and improvements, and those are likely the best bang for the buck You have Apex, Athlon, Delta, Trijicon, Bushnell, Zeiss, some Vortex, NIghtforce, Tract, some Sightron. Couple more I am fuzzy on the names on. Tract puts German glass in the LOW chassis.
