Best 5.56 rifle right now?

Bad news. While I love the look and function of the gun, the groups opened up way too much at 100 yards. Sorry - I can't recommend it any more. I'm back to using my MRA Renegade straight-pull for 3-gun competitions in the USA
Ok ok I appreciate the feedback. So it sounds like it doesnt fit your needs as a competitive shooter but how about for the more casual person like myself who takes it to the range?

Thanks as always.

Where I shoot 3-gun (Michigan), we shoot targets at up to 200 yards. I'd say my SU16 is fine for clanging steel at 50, but it's much more pray-and-spray at 100 yards. It's a totally fun gun to shoot, and it takes AR which is nice. But I need to be able to hit a 4" target at 100 yards consistently, and my SU16F can't do that.

Got it man, makes sense.

Yes I am looking to get it for range time, a good rifle to have around the house (in case....) and to just have a solid 223/5.56 to work with..

Should do the trick..
