Best affordable Free Floating hard guard/AR-15

Had one, then sold it to a friend only because I found the LaRue LT I was looking for. The YHM are a solid Rail system at an affordable price from CTCS.

The ALG defense MLOK is about as cheap as it gets for quality handguards. Not sure if you want a brazilian, but that's a quality piece that's cheap.

Give a try to a Keymod or M-Loc hand guard for fit and weight then decide if the price savings is worth the extra weight and diameter.

ALG MLOK is probably the best value around. Then again, I'm not a fan of quad rails. If you have quite a few things you want to bolt on, each rail section adds to the cost. And yes I think they have a 15".

It's just too bad you don't sell the rail segments that go with it. Yes I know other manufacturers segments can be made to fit, but that isn't the point is it. And yes I like my diamondhead rail a lot, although it is just a bit too slender for my paws, which is no big deal

Thanks for the heads up.. Do you know who might carry that? Ideally I'd run a 45deg front or a small dot and MAAAAYBE a sling swivel. Otherwise I wanna run skinny and light

YHM just released a new Key Mod handguard. and its super cheap

Samson Manufacturing make some nice fore ends. They use the standard barrel nut for mounting to boot.

IMHO, if you're looking for a carbine lenght FF rail, you don't need a rail.

MI and Samson both are damn good looking, but if you want one really cheap, I mean really really cheap, check this link out(scroll down for hand-guards), you can find a importer to bring it in(if you import it along with other things, otherwise not worth to pay $35 import fees just for that) or have it ship to the border. I have one from them in 12" keymod, made me feel I grossly overpaid for my noveske NSR.
