best ammo for GSG-16

Buddy is getting a GSG-16.

Anyone have early test yet on what it likes to eat?

whats the cheapest ammo that will feed and shoot well?

in my gsg15 ive tried the Remington Thunderbolts and had some issues with jamming, but the gun also did need a good cleaning.
i did a good cleaning and used CCI ar tactical ammo. i think it was $30 for 300 rounds at Bass Pro. no issues and fires well.

online many people say the federal value pack works well.
