Best ammo people have tried for Beretta 92a1

I have a 92 and have found it likes 124 gr and heavier bullets. Not picky on brands. Just seem to get stovepipes with the lighter ammo for some reason.

I have both an early 70s 92 and a 92s. Both eat whatever I feed them so I usually just shoot whatevers cheap and cheerful.

2nd message from everyone else. The 92's have an outstanding reputation for reliability due to the guns design. I prefer to use 124/125 grain bullets be they lead, plated or FMJ. The 92's would be in anyone's top 10 pistol designs of all time.

I always wanted a baretta 92 and I splurged on an Inox Italian model....I shoot pie plates at best with it. It's a nice pistol and I like all of its features but compared to my mother pistols it is the least accurate. So far i have been using mostly 115gr Barnaul, federal aluminum and blazer brass....I'll have to give it the benefit of the doubt and they some 124gr.

The gun is not accurate or you are not accurate with it. There is a difference. I doubt changing ammo is going to do much for the latter.
