Hello
I’m thinking about upgrading my Frankfurt Arsenal platinum.
Looking at the Giraud or the Henderson.
Any thoughts or opinions?

Thanks

Started with Forster, then got the Wilson and just got the Henderson. Still have them all and use them all.

Your volumes will really dictate on what will serve you best.

If you're looking at Giraud or Henderson you really can't go wrong.

Thanks, I’m at the point where 100 is my limit on the FA.
Looking to do trim/ inside/outside in one pass.
Consistency as well
Fastest as possible.. 😆

Lyman trim Xpress with the new L3i 3 way cutting head! thinks its the best bang for your buck!

I really like my Lyman Trim Xpress, and just looked up the 3-way cutting head you mentioned. It would be a great addition, but I need to do more reading on adjustments... I'm not keen on the aggressive outside chamfer that they show on their site:

I just bought an lyman trimmer xpress (electric) and its worth every penny. A few seconds per brass and very consistant, As long as your shoulder measurement isnt all over the place. Had the hornady manual trimmer prior, always dreaded using it, took forever. Doesnt deburr or chamfer though so depends how much time u want to save and how deep your wallet is.

No mystery that the Giraud and Henderson are good. I didn't buy them as I would have needed too many add on pilots, adaptors, cutting heads, etc., at the time, some being custom. I ended up adding to my 21st Century neck turn setup, their 3 way is easy to change calibers on, not overly pricy if you already have some of their stuff, as I did.

Looks like that would make a great leather punch…
