Best/Cheapest place to buy Lee Pistol Full Length Sizing Die?

Who has the Lee Full Length Resizing Die the cheapest? Looking to get one in .40cal to get rid of the Glock hips on all my dad's Glock fired .40 brass our friend picked up at the Police range. My dad wants to shoot it through his S&W 4006 (Barsto barrel), and I was told that the Lee die will go down farther than the Dillon die.

Is Higginson's the cheapest? The die costs $26 before shipping there.
