Best deal on 7.62x39 NON CORROSIVE

Hey guys I'm looking at purchasing several thousand rounds of 7.62x30 non corrosive could you guys point me in the right direction for some dominion arms or barnal ammo per 1000+.......I can't hold off any longer for canada ammo to bring this stuff in....any info would be appreciated and what price point should I be paying? thx everyone!

I just tried to order some and found out its 90$ for shipping. 45 for the service and 45 due to it being a "dangerous good". That's crazy

What is it about the Dominion ammo that is not as good as the Norinco? Is it just the lacquered cases compared to the copper washed? Something more?
