best deal on bulk 45acp?

I was poking around over at tradex canada and seen CCI Blazer 45ACP Ammunition, 230gr FMJ #3570 for 23.49 for a box of 50 and free shipping if you get 1000 rounds... works out to abouts $470 + tax shipped... now these are the aluminum cases, besides not being able to reload them is there any downsides to not getting brass?

Seen 1000 pack of them over at sfrc for 429.95 but their online shipping calculator only has canadapost so I'll have to call them to see what the shipping would be via UPS... probably work out to the same.

Is there any better deals on 45acp i'm missing? I've seen reloaded wolf ammo listed cheap enough in 1000 counts at sfrc but always out of stock. Seen it at ammosupply as well but I suppose I'd be hit by shipping as well... bullseye in london has em at just over $400 for a case for $10 flat rate shipping.. is this the best deal?

Where is the 45acp honeyhole? lol

EDIT : thoughts on 200 grain vs 230 grain 45acp rounds in 1911?

$410 taxes in for 1000 rounds of 45ACP in either 185,200 or 230 grain TMJ's.

Everything is brass and in great condition, I weighed every round in a box of 50 an they all came out exact 21.5grams per round so the loading is very consistent.

Soon as I get the registration papers for my new 1911 I'll give a range report on the ammo.

No idea on shipping rates from this company, as they are in walking distance for me.
