Best deals on 223/5.56 ammo?

HI - I checked today and Tenda ONLY has PMC GreenTip in 1000s under $1. A few others around $1.00 +. BUT Solely has 2- flavours UNDER 75c ! !

Chinese Surplus in somewhat tarnished and corroding cans, 4-6 moa accuracy with about 30% being flyers, would not recommend these to anybody unless you are doing malfunction training or shooting at 16" steel gongs.
Especially since they are almost the same price as commercial bulk boxes from brand names

Alaw, they don't even list anything that low now. Most low-$ 223 is Out of stock now. $16.99 is the lowest now, that's 85c/shot plus tax and shipping unless you meet FREE amount. That's Barnaul SP in 55 or 62g. They'll prob get some cheaper stuff again, their stock varies - been out, then In often for many cals.
