Best deals on bulk .22lr?

As everything sells the replacement stock is higher...and it will only get higher...in shorter time likely, after that.

I suggest everybody take advantage of the current pricing and any sales you encounter. Pay less now so you don't have to pay more later.

If you have ammo in bulk, or even less, that are in calibers you do not shoot anymore...offload them now at a premium and invest back into your primary shooting calibers.

How do you like that ammo? Im seriously considering it

thanks

I bought a brick of the stuff last year. Still have most of it. My remington 597 feeds most standard velocity ammo quite well for some odd reason but no go with the S&B. Just bought a little Stevens 300F a couple weeks ago and tried the S&B stuff last weekend, no go again in regards to feeding. The nylon 66 has no issue with it but it's not an inherently accurate rifle so it doesn't see much use.

Shoots well enough when you can get it to feed though. I'll let the kids go through the brick with the cooey single shot.

I'll be a good way of metering their shooting. Give them a box and when they're out the shooting is over lol.

I ordered 22lr ammo from Tenda last fall. After their 5-7 working days of delay while order was being"processed", they emailed me telling me that UPS doesn't go to remote area and since they can't ship ammo by C.P. my order was cancelled.
So after buying ammo from them for years, it seems it's over for me.

I stocked up on Herters at Cabelas for $40/500. Haven't shot it yet. I might just have 5000 rounds of paper weight.

I bought 3 boxes back in 2020 for $25 ea. I've only used about 100 of 'em. They're OK for shooting in a semi, but HV so they're not s--- hot for accuracy. NOT target ammo unless your targets are beer cans; I wouldn't use 'em for hunting either. I can get them under 1" in my better guns but NOT by Much !! OR consistently . . . NOT nearly as good as the Federal 36gHV-HP I bought in Black-paks back in 2018-19. For $40/500 you could step-up to a better quality like Auto-match 40gRNL @ $30/325 or CCI-MM SV or HV for about $12/100.

The winchester 222/333/555 bulk hp is very effective on gophers, its all i use. The winchester xpert hp was even more accurate, but fouled my barrel within a few hundred shots. So i gave up on it. Federal bulk hp are not effective for me on gophers due to the small hp, too many crawl aways.

However, to shoot gophers past 50 yards, i want my .22 to put 5 shots in less than an inch, so i much prefer to test ammo before investing in a pile of it. Because it gets frustrating. JMHO.

Something i never expected though is that now, as 333 ammo is all my 10/22 has seen for years, its accuracy has noticeably improved with it. It's probably pretty close to 1/2 " at 50 yards. I never clean the barrel.

I got the same response and asked them to use purloator. It was a $40-$50 extra charge though so be careful. In all honesty It would of been cheaper to buy though a couple other sponsors. Magdump.ca ships purolator with no extra charge and the cost per round would of worked out to be less. Sfrc, and reliable gun are good as well
