Best email for shipment inquiry FOC

Hello ,

Not one to complain about vendors on here and I have used you guys in the past with good result . My current order is having some issues in regards to shipping though.

Currently who is the best person to email and contact in regards to order shipment? I have tried to contact

shipping@firearmsoutletcanada.com

The only response I have got is from the shipping manager telling me to contact UPS Which was less than helpful. After this communication to my emails stopped and go unanswered. Calling is not really possible due to my job hours currently .

Again I have used you guys in the past without issue but currently the speed and level of communication is lacking .

If UPS has it you’ll be lucky to see it before summer. They’ve totally dropped the ball through this. There’s no rhyme or reason to what gets delivered by them right now.
