best game shears for small game?

I'm looking for a good pair of game shears for dressing small game (mostly grouse with an occasional duck or rabbit). Any recommendations for a good make/model, or make models to avoid?

Oxo goodgrips poultry shears. I got a set this year for taking the wings off doves and they are fantastic. Strong, sharp, comfortable to use, and they come apart for easy cleaning.

I had a pair of browning ones that I loved. No idea where they ended up, tragically misplaced.. very simple with a bone divot, useable sheath, and came apart easily for cleaning.

I have the Gerber “take apart” shears, and they work great. Best investment I have made recently for small game.

Something you probably have, a pair of paramedic scissors... i use a pair to spatchcock chickens all the time.
