Best gunsmith for refinishing a neglected rifle?

I have a Tikka M695 with a laminate stock and a stainless barrel. It's seen some better days, seems like it's lived a bit of a neglected life in recent years (I just received it today). Can anyone suggest a place that I can send the rifle to so that I can get it brought back to it's former glory? Without getting into details, I don't mind if I have to pay a premium for the services or it there's a long waiting time, for me with this rifle it would be worth it. Thanks.

If the stainless has rust on it, presumably it just needs to be bead blasted. Frankly any smith with blasting capability and bluing tanks could probably look after you.

Show us some pics. Might not be as bad as you think.

Since it's stainless, you should be able to carefully file and sand any small dings or scratches then get it sand basted or bead blasted for a slightly more shiny finish. Don't ever use silica sand.
