Best Lever Action shotgun?

Who makes the best Lever Action shotgun?

My buddy wants to buy one and I'm curious which brand has the best quality? Right now he likes the Adler A110, but there's also the "Warrior" brand and maybe more. Which ones the best?

As far as I know the BLR is only in rifle calibers, though a shotgun version would be pretty handy. Also wasn't it designed by Karl Lewis not JMB?

The 1887 clones can be decent, but usually only come in 2 3/4" 12 gauge and often need work to function well. Chiappa makes a rifled 12 gauge 87 that would make a cool, although somewhat limited deer gun. I have no shooting experience with the others.

At a wild guess I would say you are incorrect sir. But I agree it's a fine rifle design.

Another vote here for the 1887-1901 lever shotgun.
