Best m14 scope

I use a fixed 10x40 supersniper (only because I had one sitting around), my shooting budy uses a 4-9x falcon menace, both are great.

I use a Basset Machine tool mount, and have my irons zeroed at 100 yards.

I can easily see thru my irons sights for anything close, and for long shots I have the scope

i dont think you'll have any issues. Leupold pretty much sets the bar as far as quality goes


On a side note: My new Falcon 1.5-5 IR turned up today, with LP20 reticle, which is infinitely better than the illuminated dot 4a reticle that the older ones have .
it is also in Mrad which i prefer..
 
Having reviewed the comments here,i don't think dual purpose is going to work,so just gona stick to targets,not hunting with this one.Mildot for sure

The falcon sounds interesting,but its not exactly lightweight at 19.9oz

Hmmm,yes,i like the idea of still being able to instantly switch to iron sights
 
LER Scopes?

Has anyone tried this Leatherwood ... Wolverine is selling it for about $175?
