So I bought the Magwedge SKS adapter from TNA, they had it for $99, couldn't say no.

So now I need to buy a magazine to go with it (they didn't have any in stock when I bought it). I am just wondering if there are any real differences between the different brands? Seems most stores carry the C-Products ones, are they good reliable mags? Or should I be searching out some other brand?

C-Products are about the best.
I take mine apart and season the inside of the metal shell with coconut oil. If you got lots of money, buy the mint scented stuff with the Frog Lube label. Meme chose.
On the follower, round off the sharp back edge of the hump because the second last round likes to catch its rim on it and nosedive below the chamber.

You using your wifes cocunut oil to oil your guns? Lol

I use it for all the above and a whole lot more. C-products are good, the bodies seem to keep their shape when loaded up. I have an ASC mag that swells and creates fail to feeds often. The install of the adapter can be finnicky AF so if it's not feeding 10 rounds reliably then it's not necessarily the mags.
Good luck, it makes for good fun once they're dialed in.
