Looking for recommendations for the best online stores out West for ammo. There seems to be quite a few firearms outlets but some issue always arises like shipping, ordering, or they don't stock what I need.

There are plenty! Many of the site sponsors sell ammo online, and are "out west".
Shooting Edge, Wolverine Supplies, Calgary Shooting Center, Reliable Gun. Maybe some others to.
