Best option for a 3P rilfe for under $1000

I guess the title is pretty strait forward. What is the best rifle for 3P shooting for under $1000. I am guessing one of the Annies. Just looking for peoples input on which and why.

Hope I don't start a Pi$$ing contest.

Finding a 3P rifle in good shape under $1000 with all accessories will be difficult, you may be lucky to locate an older Anchutz model 1413/1813 or may be a Walther KK Match.

However if your are serious about shooting 3P match, you'll need to budget a few hundred dollars more for items such as sling; butt hook; spare sight; hand stop...etc, best bet is to visit a target shooting club and speak to experienced shooters, more often than not, some may have used equipments they want to sell.
 
The $1000 would strictly be for the rifle for now. The rest id be able to pick up as I decide to progress. It wouldn't be for "serious". Local club and what not, once I find a rifle. If I was hardcore serious id be talking to Nordic :)
