They aren't vendors on this site, and I've never dealt with them personally, but see them with their black-powder stuff at lots of Alberta gun shows. It might be worth giving them a phone call.
You don't indicate where in Saskatchewan you are, so maybe they're close enough to avoid Canada Post hassles
