what is the best place to buy powder (W231) in the GTA ?
I know Higginson has very good prices, however shipping and Hazmat fees are a killer,...
unless I organize a group buy (shipping is free when ordering upwards of 21 lbs of powder ).

Hummasons in Ancaster is the most predictable supply within reasonable driving distances, all the others are hit and miss.

You could try Hummason's he is in Ancaster, he has very good prices and could potentically eliminate alot of markup. Otherwise you could try Al Flaherty's I dont know if he stocks powders however. Or Williams Arms in Port Perry as well.
 
LeBaron usually has good amounts of powder in stock.. For me the best place if you like Alliant powders is lawry in Caledonia.. I bought 1 lb each of Bullseye and Unique at $17. 8lbs was around $110
 
Hummason mfg in Ancastor

These guys are great for powder, you have to call the day before now for powder, they don't store it on site any more.
