Best place for ruffed grouse in Quebec?

I doubt you will get many answers, because it won't be the "best place" for long discussed on a open forum!!
Maybe asked for the info to be PM'd to you!! Or ask to go along with someone to hunt for some.

I'll let you know.... my best grouse hunting spot is on anticosti island believe it or not.

Ashuapmoushuan reserve, north west of the Lac-St-Jean, plenty of ruffed and spruce grouse. Camps are nice. This picture is our first day of our last trip there. Another interresting reserve is the Rimouski one, if you prefer ruffed over spruce grouse you will be happy, no Tetras there and a good quantity of ruffed grouse.

Thanks! I ended up reserving for Ashuapmoushuan late september. I was told that north sectors have more spruce grouse and south more ruffed grouse :confused:
